Crowds gather to buy Nintendo's Wii

I actually have a friend who is standing in line right now in Toronto, to buy himself one of these. Left really early, so he might already have one his hands right now.

Have you ever wanted something so much that you'd stand in line for it for days? Me? No. But over here we have the pre order system that registers your name and puts an item of whatever it is aside for you.

So.. supposing I would want one of these consoles, here I would simply have gone to the store at around.. oh.. ten am, have slept nicely, told the person behind the counter my name, paid for the thing and walk back home. No sleep lost, no

And even if we DIDN'T have that, I wouldn't stand in line for something either, not like those people are doing. Man.. I remember the Windows craze of Win95 *shakes head*
