Fatty.. umm.. joint? Just something I happened to learn a slang name of from an American lady who grew up in the 60s.

They're alright over here, though we are going to the voting box on the 22nd so we will get a new government this time, most likely. We'll have to wait and see how that one will do regarding drugs.
Soft drugs like weed are easy to get, just go to a coffee shop and buy yourself a tiny amount. Tiny amounts aren't that big of a problem to keep but you are not allowed to grow the stuff and deal yourself for as far as I know.
We even have medical uses for it now, though it isn't recognized by many doctors yet, let me add to that: as an official manner of treatment!

We don't see drugged folks in the streets here, but I am not in a city, and it of course depends where you go. Meaning: you can go into Amsterdam and never see a hooker, but when you go into the right area... catch my drift? Same thing with drugs. If you know where to look, you will find people drugged up.
And for as far as I know, drunk drivers are still MUCH more common around here than drugged up ones.
Does almost everyone do drugs? I think the majority does not. I have lived in a home where they smoked pot on pretty much a daily basis, it never bothered me. I will forever recognize the smell though

However, again it depends on where you live and who your friends are to determine the chances of you starting to use it, but it is the same with everything that way.
