Well, it was pointed out that some people here might have an interest in gaming, so.. I figured I would share some of my interests here, in accordance with Eadwine's previous post.
I was formerly into MUDs, primarily those developed and run by IRE (Achaea, Aetolia, Imperian, and Lusternia), before those took a back seat to FFXI. Since, most of my gaming has been spent there, which has, arguably, saved me a large amount of money since I am no longer spending $100 on two games every month. Instead, I spend $20 a month to maintain 8 different characters (mostly mules for my 2 main characters), and play a game I can never truly "beat".
I have a large amount of experience related to RPG gaming, of both the dice-rolling variety as well as the video game genre, mostly older Legend of Zelda titles and Final Fantasy.. or just about any RPG released by Squaresoft (now Square-Enix), such as Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross, Parasite Eve, Xenogears, and Kingdom Hearts.
However, FFXI still takes most of my time (with some time still devoted to Lusternia MUD), and my largest bounty of gaming knowledge lies therein.
