Good riddance, those kind don't need to be walking the streets.

Let's ductape their heads for the entire period and they can suck food through a straw. They can mash it with their foreheads to be able to do that since their paws are tied to their backs.

** pricks

Hmm... people going for 10 years to the Academy of Evil.... interesting what will happen when they will come back into society, they would have problaby learned more bad things that they needed to know. To me this kind of people should be exiled for life to an island where they would have to live without any rules with people that are just like them. They should never return into society, I'm sorry, but I can't see how this kind of people can change.

EadwineRose- 02-10-2007
Indeed unlikely that they will. Hrmph.

BTW, people can change but prison is probably not the most efficient way to change bad people into good people... right?

But then how? Over here fellons get taken in to government custody to get a reform training or whatever you call that there.

Doesn't really work for all of them.

I'm not a specialist in changing people character wink.gif I just said that that doesn't work and it's kind of obvious for everybody, including non-specialists....

It is very easy to say "that doesn't work" and then leave it without making a suggestion.

If you handle things like that in the justice system they simply walk.

What would work? Except hanging them by their cohonas tied to a shoestring for three days? wink.gif

i think that cruelty (and worse) to animals should be the legal equivalent to doing the same to people. i also think that when people are convicted for things like this, they should lose the right to have children of their own (adopted or natural), they should be blacklisted at animal shelters and should be unable to work with or around children and animals. a sociopath is a sociopath is a sociopath...

what else can you do to people that have no regard for life and still mete out justice of any shape or form? too many times the justice system doesn't even appropriately punish those for the cruelty and abuse (and worse) that people like that inflict on whoever crosses their paths, whether human or otherwise.

the scary part is that, they're likely to get out well in advance of the ten year sentence for "good behavior" while convicted and their ages when convicted. mad.gif

yeah.. likely 6 years max, and maybe after 4 they can apply for whatdoyoucallthat. Parole?

Bleh.
