funny, yet true. i see it on commercials all the time. i'm not sure if it is because our society is overly litigious or lacking in common sense; it's probably a little of both.

I just told that comment to a client of mine today, and she had a hoot.

But yeah.. "Americans" in general have made themselves a reputation of being sue happy, against all common sense.

No matter what if the coffee was too hot or not, that event did trigger that reputation here that folks in the USA cannot seem to think normally and logically, and if they ARE capable of it, they are taking advantage of the sue system.

It's the bad apples ruining it for many more normal folk, but, that is the way it is unfortunately.
